Book Fairs
Semi Annual Fundraiser
The WGA PTO works with the school to host two (2) book fairs each year (Fall and Spring). These week-long events coincide with Parent-Teacher conferences to give families a chance to shop while on campus together. Each class also has a scheduled time to visit the fair during the week. All monies raised go directly to support the WGA Library.
These events are organized by our Book Fair Committee and made possible by our wonderful community of WGA families and parent volunteers.
This year our Fall fair will be with Scholastic and the Spring fair will be with Literati (links and FAQs below).

Who is the Book Fair vendor?
Literati.
When does the Book Fair start?
Monday, February 10 - February 14 at Weinberg Gifted Academy campus. Students will have time to visit the fair with their class. Families can also visit during Parent Teacher Conferences on February 12th and 13th from 12:30-6:00pm.
What books are available?
The book selection spans every genre and reading level and includes titles at affordable prices. As for the non-book selection, Literati only includes reading and writing supplies, which helps us keep the emphasis on reading.

What are the acceptable forms of payment?
We accept cash (in-person fair only), credit and debit cards, check, or book fair gift cards. (Click here to learn more about gift cards).
What are Gift Cards and where do I get one for my kid?
Gift cards are an easy payment method that won’t get lost in a backpack. Buy them online for use at both our in-person and online fairs, like other fairs eWallet or student payment options.
Can we purchase books online?
Yes. Shop for exciting new books online and create student wish lists to share with friends and family. The online fair will be open from January 20-February 14. Books purchased through the online fair will be delivered to the school after the fair closes, then distributed to students.

Are there any Book Fair volunteer opportunities?
Yes. We couldn’t run this book fair without our wonderful parent volunteers. All volunteers get a 20% book fair discount on books purchased during their shifts. Click here to see our volunteer opportunities.
What is the Literati Book Club?
It’s like a book fair in a box, delivered monthly. Explore five new books each month, curated for your child’s reading level and interests. Raise a reader and support WGA each month. 10% of every dollar spent will always go back to WGA.
