Latest Updates & Our First Meeting

If you haven't seen our back-to-school newsletter, check it out for a quick look at all the events this quarter and how to get your spirit gear! Be on the lookout for our newsletter posted in Parent Square each month.


Our first PTO meeting is on Thursday, August 8 @ 6pm in WGA Tech Hub. We will introduce you to the 2024-2025 PTO Executive Board and Committee Chairs, share about all the ways to get involved, and vote on the budget for the school year ahead. Access the agenda and submit your questions in advance of the session below.


According to the by-laws, the PTO is required to have a minimum of (2) two meetings per school year. One at the beginning of the school year to introduce the PTO Team and present the annual budget. And one at the end of the school year to introduce the following year's PTO Team and close out the annual budget.

The agenda is posted on wgapto.org/meeting-minutes and is subject to change. It provides a high-level breakdown of the meeting. If you are unable to attend the session, the same URL will also have a link to the detailed meeting notes afterwards.
