Help out our hospitality team by donating essential items and energizing goodies so they can keep the WGA lounge well-stocked each month for our teachers and staff!
What to donate?
Our Hospy team has posted a sign-up on our volunteer page!
Generally, the items needed range from a variety of beverages (water, teas, coffee, sodas, etc.) and non-perishable food items throughout the month (think snack-type goodies).
Here's quick reference list:
Healthy snack options (granola/protein bars)
Sweet Treats (cookies, etc.)
K-Cups
Tea
Canned Sodas
Water
Paper plates
Bulk utensils
Disposable napkins
When to donate?
Best times to drop off your donations is Mondays between 11am and 2pm. However, we have some dedicated drop-off days to help streamline the process for our Hospy staff.
NEXT DONATION DATES: Monday, August 28 and Monday, September 11 between 11am-2pm.
Our Hospy team keeps an inventory of the food/supplied and updates the WGA Lounge status page, regularly. So, please check the sign-up sheet before sending in your donations.
