Looking for an evening of outdoor family fun with other WGA folks? Then come join us at the annual Spring Jamboree on Friday, April 12 from 5-7 on the WGA campus! Read to learn more about the event!
Whether it's your first time or you've attended before, here are a few things you should know about this year's Spring Jamboree:
There will be yummy food.
A jamboree is not complete without a variety of goodies! Bring your taste buds and we'll provide the food trucks (cash/credit accepted):
Lou Malnati's: pizza slices
Ziggi's Coffee: Caffeinated drinks and treats
Udder Delights: ice cream
Our own Student Council will also be serving slushies (cash-only).
There will be tons of entertainment.
From inflatable games and rockin' DJ to face painting and airbrush tattoos, there will be a variety of yard games and activities to keep the whole family entertained!
There will be art masterpieces on display.
The student art work created over the past school year through the art masterpiece program will be displayed around the courtyard. This gallery will awe and amaze everyone - ask your student to show you their work and explain all the interesting things they learned about art technique and history.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: If you have kids in junior high or high school who are looking to volunteer (or if YOU are interested in helping out), we definitely need extra hands on event night. Go to wgapto.org/volunteer to sign up.
Looking forward to seeing everyone there!
